Pennsylvania Sparkling Cuvée Blanc

The nose is bright, aromatic, and layered with lush fruit. Notes of pear juice, apple skin, mandarin, and the slightest touch of toasted bread. On the palate, hints of ripe pear become concentrated and sweet, offering a rounded mouthfeel with a hint of kiwi and cinnamon sugar. The bubbles on the palate are small and fine, creating a ‘mousse-like’ mouthfeel with high acid and a long, lingering finish.
