Known as a ‘Pomerol,’ this wine is complex and lush on the nose with notes of sweet tobacco, chocolate covered berries, and brown sugar. The palate is elegant and smooth, full of caramel, cocoa nibs, freshly brewed coffee, leather, and black plums. Full-bodied, with 31 months of french oak ageing lends to complexity and texture, with medium levels of acidity and fine, velvety tannins.
