Chardonnay

Made in the traditional French style, this Chardonnay brings texture, grace, and elevation to the portfolio. Aged 9 months in new French Oak, ‘Sur Lie’, the nose is layered and complex with notes of warm banana bread, sweet baking spices, toffee, spun sugar, and vanilla. The conversation into Malolactic Fermentation offers a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, while not taking away from the bright acidity on the finish. The palate smacks with banana chips, warm caramel, autumnal spices, and a waxy lemon-like finish that lingers well after the last sip is gone.

Pair with: Chicken pot pie, baked mac and cheese with toasted breadcrumbs, or an herb-roasted turkey with gravy.
